Frequently asked questions
How will my item be wrapped?
Your piece of jewellery will be wrapped in the Gadelles material, tied with a ribbon and placed in a Gadelles kraft box. The box will then be tied with another ribbon.
If the item that you've purchased comes with its own original packaging then your item will be sent in that box, wrapped in kraft paper and tied with a ribbon.
How is the condition of the item graded?
All of our items are vintage so have already lived a life. Sometimes they show signs of wear. Here's our condition scale:
Perfect - like it never left the box
Excellent - almost new, shows very mild wear under magnification
Very Good - some signs of mild wear that are only visible under close inspection
Good - shows signs of wear that is visible but it's still wearable
International buyers
International buyers are encouraged but please be aware that some countries may charge taxes and fees on imported goods. These vary by country and are payable by the buyer.
Also note that if returned goods incur customs duties these will be deducted from your refund.
